Coordinated the implementation/maintenance of new versions of the Clinical DBMS (Oracle ClinicalTM), along with IT. Trained users on current and new system functionality. Served as Help Desk Manager for Oracle ClinicalTM users within the department. Oversaw the validation and documentation efforts for new versions of Oracle ClinicalTM. Assisted in the preparation of workflows regarding clinical data management process and the Clinical DBMS.

Performed user training at client sites for Oracle ClinicalTM software. Served as a primary consultant to pharmaceutical clients with regards to the following tasks: implementation of new clinical database management system (Oracle ClinicalTM); creation of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions; integration of new DBMS with external applications (imaging, safety); and assisted in the development of global library standard objects. Developed new training materials. Assisted in writing validation test scripts, user requirements, validation protocols for various software applications.
