I have 23 yrs. of customer service technological experience and technical support of various technologies, I strive to overcome any diversity, and build my confidence when working with a team that puts the end user first and holds the staff accountable to overcome challenges. I strive to help others and I am down to earth; I am always a positive team member and enjoy working with positive people. I enjoy solving end user issues and always strive to have the end user’s experience a positive result. Learning new technologies is exciting and challenging, I set a goal and achieve it with a smile.
