Works closely with the CEO to manage all aspects of the financial operations of the company. Also manages HR functions including compensation/benefits and development and implementation of policies, procedures and best practices. Ensures fiscal responsibility of the organization and works to develop financial strategies to guide the company. TRC is a privately held woman-owned company that provides IT search, project management and contract consulting to its clients using a unique collaborative methodology.

Responsible for all aspects of finance for a school of 240+ students, including: maintaining and tracking the budget, reporting monthly expenses, conducting cost analyses, implementing financial controls and managing payroll. (part-time)
