Passionate about fashion, mental health, community empowerment and creative pursuits, Eileen holds the position of Chief Creative Officer at DMK and is a second-generation member of the family business.In 2020, Eileen sought to establish a deeper meaning behind what DMK represents and led the rebranding efforts for the brand during the pandemic. The brand emerged with a renewed mission to revolutionise the fashion footwear industry and concurrently uplift the community, encouraging individuals to not only look and feel good, but also actively contribute to social causes. Since then, DMK's rebranding journey has been featured on Harvard Business Review, The Straits Times, Tatler, ICON Magazine, and more.Eileen also spearheaded DMK's CSR initiatives, which include supporting the welfare of domestic violence victims, raising funds for breast cancer warriors, increasing awareness and support for the LGBTQIA+ community, and helping underprivileged women attain gainful employment for a better future. Since 2023, Eileen fostered a long-term partnership between DMK and Resilience Collective, a mental health social organization aligned with DMK's dedication to emotional health and wellness. Together, they strive to raise awareness for mental health causes, foster understanding and empathy, and establish a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can express themselves freely.Ultimately, Eileen's goal is to make a lasting impact on the community beyond the world of fashion.
