I have been in a leadership role for some time now, within that time I have gained skills ofbeing a people’s person that is flexible but firm.I interact well at all levels and can adapt to situations with ease and confidence in aprofessional manor.I have a positive attitude which is relayed to my team by getting them involved andencouraging them to be proactive along with offering my help to succeed.I am a good listener and will assert myself to influence others when I feel it is necessary, Iam willing to step up and take charge of people and situations but respectful of others andcircumstances surrounding the situation.I take time to interact with the staff establishing a good working relationship with them, thisenables me to motivate and participate with them when needed.I am open to others, approachable and happy to share my feelings and ideas.I have a co-operative outlook and I am prepared to help others.This I feel makes me a successful leader who is self-motivated and has the respect of thestaff and my peers who work with me.I am ready for a new challenge where I feel I can make a difference to both thecompany and the staff, and in return with my experiance it will enable me to rise and succeedto the new challenges I will be met with and to a new employers expectations.
