My passion for sailing has led me to the Netherlands and to my job as a deckhand on the Brandaris. It was a lot of fun and strengthened my flexibility, sociability and organizational skills. During this time I also discovered my love for the Netherlands and the Dutch language.👍 Twice every week, together with my skipper, I welcomed 26 new guests from Germany and the Netherlands on our 31m sailing ship. CB Akustik is a small company for event technology in my hometown Wetzlar. I was able to gain a lot of experience here, develop myself further and take on a great deal of responsibility. I am very grateful to my trainer for the trust they have placed in me. 📌Focal points: - Human resources management - Event coordination- Event planning with a focus on event technology - Customer contact👍 Already during my training, I took over the operational tasks of personnel management on my own responsibility. I managed personnel accounting as well as vacation and personnel planning. I was also responsible for recruiting and onboarding new marginal employees and trainees. 📌 My other duties included:- Planning, execution and follow-up of events with a focus on event technology. For this, I enlisted the support of our great technicians and maintained contact with customers. - Coordinating staff and task distribution at large events such as the Round Tabel AGM 2018.- Assisting with the set up and tear down of event technology. Over the entire time, I was the lead in charge of the "Deco Team", consisting of about 15 people, with whom I executed and managed all tasks of CB Akustik in the context of the VIP Lounge of the HSG Wetzlar.
