Corporate lead for ITT Corporation's Global Trade Programs, responsible for licensing and compliance with U.S. and global trade regulations including communications with government regulations (Dept. of State, Commerce, Treasury/OFAC, USCBP, Census, etc.). Policy and procedure creation, implementation and maintenance and all trade related investigations and disclosures to the applicable U.S. and global governing bodies.

Responsible for the Electronic Systems sector of BAE Systems international trade including regulatory licensing and compliance with U.S. government export/import regulations, investigations, voluntary disclosures, Export Control Reform, creation and implementation of all trade policies and procedures.

Handled all purchases and sales of Sikorsky military and commercial helicopters to Japan for use in the military, security and law enforcement. Worked from the RFQ phase to post warranty (cradle to grave), including contract negotiations, USG license applications, FCA and FAA requirements. Also worked as Manager of the Global Trade Licensing/Compliance function.
