Leap is Fidelity’s IT entry-level development program designed to attract, develop and retain entry-level technology talent. The 17-week onboarding program accelerates the learning of critical business, professional and technology skills through hands-on training and real-world business related project work. The vision of the program is to prepare Leap participants to become best-in-class IT professionals with the potential to become Fidelity’s future technology leaders.
