Serve as a substitute teacher's aide when the regular aide's our absent , be an assistance to the different offices and Learning Centers, and be an extra support to the Media staff.

I helped the classroom with organizing and creating possible lessons so things would run smoothly in the classroom. I also provided supported to all the students in the classroom and worked with small groups so the academic goals could be reach. Besides providing academic support I also supervise the lunch and recess and made sure the students were playing safe.

Helped the club members with their homework, writing papers/essays, and improve overall academic skills. I also created lessons for extra work that involved anit-bullying,self-confidence building, Reading/writing and Math Skills improving. I helped the children understand self-confidence/believing in yourself is a huge factor for academic success.

Learned about all the different programs the club had to offer. Conducted programs for the kids to do so they could enjoy their experience at the club. Mostly worked in the Arts and Crafts room. Also supervisor the computer lab and the game room.

I learned about the technology programs that able for people to received training who didn't go to college because if enonomic reasons or had a disability that prevented them. Research different jobs available for these individuals in the area. Provided educational support for the adults who were receiving training to become productive members of their communities.Also created Technology and Education programs for the members of the Boys and Girls Club to use. Some of the programs included learning about desktop publishing, regent reviews programs for high schoolers,internet safely, and writing programs.
