I was in the Billeting Division for the United States Air Force, worked with the Hilton Hotels as a Front Office Supervisor, and have progressed in the Collision/Fleet Safety industry for 20 years from Claims Services, with Team Lead experience in Insurance Services, and a Client Account Liaison for multiple strategic accounts. I am currently in the Network Team working more directly with shops in various capacities: introducing new vendors to our company, adding shops to our associated vendor list, updating vendors on new procedures, ensuring compliance is maintained regarding company and client policies, and matching shops capabilities with client-specific needs.
