• Analysis of store administration and loss prevention standards by conducting a methodical test of the stores compliance to policies and procedures. •Using the risk and administration scorecard identify remedial measures of non-compliance to standards.•Assess the competence of the Administration Managers and highlight deficiencies to line management and recommend them for sign off when they are competent.•Recommend and identify amendments to current or new Policies and Procedures which are to be forwarded to the GM: Risk and Administration within agreed time frame..•Ensure that the correct use of in store security devices is maintained.•Report any faulty device to the GM: Risk and Administration upon identification and ensure correction of fault by booking and following up on the service call.•Administer the ordering and installation of security services/devices as required.•Guarding levels are to be maintained as per the Group guarding schedule.•Implementation and maintenance of Group OHASA management program.•Ensure compliance of stores to legislative requirements for OHASA.•All NIR reports are to be forwarded to the JD Cash Executive: Risk and Administration, GM: Risk and Administration, GM: Operations and FM as it is received from the stores.•All incidents are to be reported to the JD Cash Executive: Risk and Administration, GM: Risk and Administration on the day of you becoming aware via a NOR report.•Understand and apply the standards set out in all legislation that effects the customer•Deal effectively and timeously with customer complaints and ensure that complaints are resolved or escalated in line with agreed standards•Show commitment to teamwork and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve team objectives.New store developments - All security aspects from start to finish
