MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Full profit and loss accountability to achieve financial targets for the portfolios• Lead the team to manage all contracts in line with contractual deliverables and KPls and ensure smooth delivery of services that meet and exceed the expectations and standards of clients• Manage multiple business challenges arising from external and internal factors andformulate viable solutioning, including new feasible ideas and execute them with the view of overcoming these challenges for business success• Drive results through innovation, process re-engineering, systems review and leveraging on technology for productivity gains in a results-oriented environment• Establish and build up good rapport with clients and to understand their needs and implement viable operational solutions• Drive the formulation of new and existing Standard Operating Procedures when required, thorough review and implementation of strategies and processes to support the company's business goals• Develop best practices, drive continuous improvement to a higher level of performance and develop sound and sustainable business and operational strategies in line with the company's growth• Inspire, motivate, engage and drive the entire team through staff engagement and effective communication to achieve the end results in existing and new accounts• Drive the development of a safety culture for each healthcare site, and ensure that the accounts are operated in line with Occupational, Safety & Health policies and practices to achieve zero accidents• Lead and drive the mobilisation of new start-ups and ensure successful mobilisation by working with the various stakeholders to ensure all resources are in order to meet contractual deliverables• Oversee and drive cluster operations, to ensure full compliance to government regulatory requirements, eliminate risks to the company and produce strategic deliverables for various stakeholders at the macro level

• Supports in operational, process redesign, resource allocation and productivity enhancement endeavours to ensure operational excellence objectives and targets are met• Develops reporting mechanisms and key indicators to describe the workload volume and acuity, quality performance and productivity of the departments' operations and services• Monitors, analyzes, trends, reports and recommends actions to Senior Management based on these indicators to improve personnel staffing patterns, service quality and productivity performance• Partner with business units to develop and implement forward-looking operational capabilities in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives• Ensures development and completion of the budgetary process as related to annual operating and capital budgets

• Provided integrated business operations support and functional programs development to 14 countries across Asia Pacific region to meet the sales revenue, profit and growth objectives through using data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) where appropriate to support operational business decision-making and to engage internal stakeholders for potential collaborations & innovation efforts. This included but not limited to the following: -o Translated and communicated broader strategy into a convincing team vision and goals, in order to align the team and set priorities to achieve objectiveso Collaborated with respective country markets to continually optimized and enhanced existing operational procedures through adoption of agile methodologies, analyzing trends and information to identify opportunities for process improvement o Leveraging on design thinking to identify possible enhancements to existing systems, by undertaking automation projects with a focus on end-to-end transformation from strategy formulation, engaging of internal stakeholders to executiono Collaborated with respective areas’ in-charge to assess and determined how to take action on analyses related to pipeline, revenue, profitability, operational performance and other key metrics and KPIs
