Coordinate and oversee the review, development and implementation of policies on long term care services, particular in residential care sector (i.e. nursing homes) so as to allow Singaporeans to receive seamless holistic care that they need in an institutional setting and prepare Singapore for our ageing population. Project manage the development of Build-Own-Lease (BOL) nursing homes so that they are on schedule to meet the needs required, and drive the Request For Proposal process to select the operators for upcoming BOL homes. Work with other MOH divisions, other land and technical government agencies and the community to develop facilities that are in line with the needs of seniors.

Responsibilities include planning of the 3-day scientific programme and liaison with invited overseas and local speakers. - Planned and executed the annual Research Methodology Workshop and National Ophthalmology Residents’ Research Day 2014Patient Service Initiatives:- Conduct of clinic audits for patient satisfaction- Executed “Delight Trolley” quality service initiative to improve patient satisfaction
