Along with the campus management team, provides leadership and organization for all campus operations in order to meet vision standard goals which include but are not limited to career outcomes, revenue, and profit, student learning outcomes, associate development and relationship management.Manages facilities and equipment in order to provide a safe, productive learning environment.In collaboration with the Regional and campus management team, develops and executes effective budgetary, forecasting and operational processes.

Face to face sales. Supporting management in marketing strategies and customer service.

Manages the overall performance of a Leslie's store to ensure that it is meeting or exceeding customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and all merchandising objectives.

Assistant Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.
