Lead facility support team of project managers, vendor facility manager, buyers, and accounting staff for GE Healthcare, GE Power and Ge Renewable Energy divisions.

Program Manager for team that provides assessments of Milwaukee County facilities to assist county departments in identifying and planning maintenance needs, capital improvement projects, and life-cycle management. Program covers 14 departments for a total of approximately 900 buildings, 12 million gross square feet and $2 billion asset value.

Managed projects and provided engineering for structural assessments and repairs for industrial, commercial and municipal facilities. Projects included investigating cause of damage, written assessment reports, maintenance and capital expense planning assistance, as well as construction documents for rehabilitation, renovation and repair of older structures.

Manage projects and provided engineering for evaluation, investigation and design of repairs and alterations for structural systems ranging from historic to modern construction. Clients include commercial owners and property managers, residential owners, insurance adjusters, and governmental agencies. Performed occasional new design projects as well.

Designed and produced construction documents for structures including new construction, structural assessment, and full renovation of commercial and residential properties including structures dating back to the 1700’s.
