Combining over 30 years of corporate experience and women’s empowerment volunteerism, I consult for corporate and women’s empowerment organizations focusing on training, communications, and change management. This work reflects my commitment to the professional, financial, and physical well-being of women in the Merrimack Valley and Essex County, Massachusetts. Currently, I am developing the volunteer training program for Uncommon Threads, a non-profit that empowers low-income women to see and feel their true potential by using clothing and image as tools for building self-esteem and self-worth. I am developing this initiative to streamline volunteer training and to codify policies, and procedures, used within the organization. In addition to working with Uncommon Threads, serve on the Advisory Board of The Women’s Fund of Essex County. This organization works to invest, impact and improve the lives of women and girls in Essex County, MA. My areas of focus are: Communication, Social Media and Fundraising.
