• Prepare and maintain computerized schedules for Home Health Aides, Companions and Homemakers, making additions/deletions and changes as needed. Notify staff, RN client/family, and referral agency (if applicable) when.
• Provide information on new and/or fill-in cases to field staff. This includes, but is not limited to client information, schedule, and directions.
• Take new requests for service completing phone intake sheet, and place field staff on case as quickly as possible, and notifying referral source of coverage.
• Consult with DON/ Nurse supervisor to fill new requests or make changes in ongoing cases with suitable field staff, when needed.
• Provide information on home care services when requested. Assist office in marketingservices to new contacts and referral bases. Make referrals to community resources as required, while maintaining an up to date.
• Cover agency office as needed, including mandatory participation in on-call coverage, as assigned. (Coordinators with CHHA certificates, must maintain their certifications and assist in covering cases as directed by.

• Maintaining all enrollments, changes and deletions of the insurance coverage
• Processing all COBRA documents for terminated employees
• Communicating with the Payroll Coordinator any employee changes and statistical information and/or benefits information.
• Communicating with the Union on matters of employee's dates of hire, rate changes,dues changes, terminations and/or changes in status.
• Assist the HR office manager with the FMLA process by noting the information in the Attendance Controllers and communicating with the manager and payroll department.
• Assist with orientations of new employees

• Computer scanning, labeling and filing on imaging system, Handling payments walk in and calls, Collecting all sorts of information from consumers for quotes, handling company deposits and
