Assist the Director of Student Accounts with projects related to budgeting, security audit, system operation and write policy and procedures.

Plans, implements and controls general and special projects assigned by the Director insuring timely completion. Recommends organizational arrangements, performance criteria and administrative procedures to help achieve department/college goals. Provide guidance relating to design and build of new or changing electronic processes to insure consistency of terminology and process. Serve as primary System Administrator of the SA System for Student Financials and other Third Party systems utilized by Student AccountsSupervise professional and clerical staff members responsible for “back of the house” operations. Coordinate with Finance and Business Services to ensure correct posting of all funds deposited to the College bank accounts.
