We prepare people to locate positions and advance their careers.We meet every Tuesday eve, offering a series of workshops, resume review, career coaching and networking targeted at assisting the unemployed, underemployed and those in job transition.

We assist job seekers (unemployed, underemployed and career transitioners) learn and improve their job search skills.I handle all administrative duties for this ministry.

I shared the office manager position at iCap, one of the nation's leading mortgage banking intermediaries. I handled administration, accounts payable, receivables and human resources.

I managed Courthouse Square the only highrise in Downtown San Rafael. 25+ tenants, including California Closet Company's World Headquarters, Ceridian Retirement Plan Services and Bank of America occupied this 100,000+ square foot structure.I oversaw many improvements, including major renovation of the elevators, remodel of the Main Lobby and elevator lobbies, corridors and restrooms on all floors.
