As President and Owner Heritage Harley-Davidson, I direct the planning and general management staff of a workforce of over 40 people. These dedicated professionals serve the customers of Heritage Harley-Davidson which fulfills the dreams of Harley-Davidson motorcycle riders and lifestyle enthusiasts. Previously, I was also owner and President of E.W. Sleeper Company, a construction equipment dealership, which served the needs of government agencies and private contractors throughout New Hampshire and northern New England. I sold E. W. Sleeper Company in the spring of 2017.I attended Concord, NH area schools, St. John Regional and Bishop Brady High School and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications from Southern New Hampshire University (then New Hampshire College) in 1988. I bought Heritage Harley-Davidson and became President of E.W. Sleeper in 1999 after the passing of my father Ed Sleeper, who founded both businesses.I served on the Harley-Davidson National Dealer Advisory Council, and on sub-committees of that Council. I am Treasurer of the New England Harley-Davidson Dealer Association and a Past Chair of the Board of Directors for CATCH Neighborhood Housing. I was honored with CATCH's "Volunteer of the Year Award". I served on the Board of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and as Board Secretary of New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association. I am currently a member of the Harley-Davidson Financial Services Dealer Advisory Group and am a past Director of Concord General Mutual Insurance Company. I also serve on the Board of Corporators for Merrimack County Savings Bank and Family Promise. I am a member of the Mary Butler Chapter, National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Abbott-Downing Historical Society and the Concord Junior Service League.
