-founded and organized a new sorority of over 200 girls in order to teach the values of leadership, good work ethic, and communication-maintained a budget of over $250,000 annually-worked closely with other national organizations for recruitment bootcamps, philanthropy events, and social networking

-Guided defendants and lawyers for office visits with pretrial officers-Attended bench warrant, early bail review, and arraignment hearings and met with judges from the Stout Criminal Justice Center-Completed Bench Warrant Custody and Surrender lists each day as well as mailed Bench Warrant Arrest postcards
