As a Life Coach I support and guide people in gaining focus on their desires, releasing blocks to peace and support them in living an inspired and abundant life. I use different processes including Law of Attraction processes, meditation, visualization, yoga, Reiki and other forms of energy work to support my clients in coming to their own truth about where they are and where they want to be.I offer Reiki, a gentle ancient Japanese hands-on healing technique, which brings you into a state of deep relaxation, releasing stress and anxiety from your body, allowing your body to return to its natural state of balance, health and well-being. Reiki brings balance into your life on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and is offered as holistic support for wellness and healing in many major hospitals and medical centers across the country.
