Human Resources Program Manager
Current- Strategically create shared value across the organization, business units, and departments to enhance the engagement of employees, vendors, and residents alike. - Align initiatives at zero to no cost to reduce expenses and increase revenue whilst building and developing accessible programs that support talent from all walks of life - including those with military, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse backgrounds.- Encourage holistic employee engagement supporting physical, mental, and financial wellbeing by creating, developing, and launching resources providing safety and security, social support, altruism, autonomy, flexibility, progress and innovation. - Network and netweave with industry professionals (NAREIT), public agencies (Dept. of Labor, Dept. of Defense, Dept. of Veteran Affairs, Dept. of Commerce), educational representatives (Dept. of Education, University Board of Regents), and non-profits to build collaborative bridge programs and connections for community, workforce, and economic development. - Develop and implement a data-informed, regional impact plan to expand reach in each market defined by a unique geography and population.- Workplace Planning & Strategy (Human Capital, Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG, DEIB)- Job & Practice Analysis Development (The Paper Ceiling, Groundwater Project)- Competence Modeling (World Economic Forum, UN Sustainability Development Goals)- Talent Pipelines, Development & Selection (Internship, Apprenticeship, Mentorship Programs)- Occupational Education (Company-Paid Real Estate Licensing Programs, Tuition Reimbursement)- Reskilling & Upskilling (Behavioral Motivators and Growth Indicators, Reverse Mentorship, Allyship)- Corporate Employee Engagement- Employee Resource Group Support- Volunteerism, Philanthropy, and Community Relations- HR Administration, Compliance, and Auditing- Benefits, Care and Workplace Wellbeing - Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
