Build queries to automate recruiting processes in internal database and job board sources, which map directly to job requirements. Qualify job requirements based on internal objectives, client business objectives, technologies utilized, timeframe, competition, relationships, bill rates, duration, business opportunity, clarity and other applicable factors.
