The Department encompasses a full range of HR functions which include ensuring a smooth transition and accurate benefit understanding and enrollment for employees, designing and implementing training initiatives, and promoting our organizational philosophy by way of advising Executives and Managers regarding hiring, retention, and employee relations. HR functions include: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and training and development initiatives. Human Resources ensures OFS compliance by a comprehensive redesign of personnel policies, including enhancing our EEO policy and Affirmative Action Plan.
