Executive Director Stanford Global Digital Policy Incubator
CurrentThe Global Digital Policy Incubator at Stanford University's Freeman Spogli Institute serves as a collaboration hub for development of norms and policies that reinforce freedom, security and trust in the digital ecosystem. Our mission is to help craft and advocate for digital policies that protect human rights and democratic values, especially freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and association, and privacy. We provide a vehicle for multi-stakeholder collaboration - - between technologists, governments, private sector companies, diplomats, international organizations, academics, and civil society in this shared purpose. Our goal is to facilitate development of operational policies and processes to address societal challenges that arise from technological innovation. We address roles and responsibilities of governments, private sector companies, consumers and citizens. https://fsi.stanford.edu/front-global-digital-policy-incubator
