Senior Account Manager

Over 350 active customers trust DeepSeas to activate, operate & optimize cybersecurity managed detection and response (MDR) programs. Responsibilities:• Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role of over $7M.• Experienced in upsell & cross sell and scoping of MDR for a variety of EDR’s, SIEM MDR, OT MDR, Email MDR, Network MDR; Incident Response, Penetration Testing; Compromise Assessments, Vulnerability Management, Managed Firewall, Log Analytics and Professional Cyber Security Services & Consulting.• Identify upsell opportunities in accounts & create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.• Manage the contract renewal cycle from scheduling meetings and negotiation, contract changes & signature while ensuring customers renew at an escalated ARR rate.• Experience in writing complex SOW’s while collaborating with internal stakeholders.• Build & execute territory plans with Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews. (QBRs)• Selling Cyber Security solutions to CTO, CISO, CTO, CEO and IT Directors.• Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks & adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with various internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Service Delivery, etc.) to ensure the existing customer base is receiving the value they expect from their services.• Cultivate & manage relationships with partners and alliances. • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, client visits and presentations, and internal meetings.• Strong technical aptitude & ability to learn new concepts quickly.
