Development, execution and evaluation of user acceptance testing and cross-functional training programmes for new systems developments and upgrades.

Ensuring the continued integrity of core business systems and project manage CRM systems updates / enhancements from identification and development to rollout and training of end users. Representing cross-functional users on technical issues and development requirements. Supporting colleagues in systems usage

Scheduling and management of systems testing (UAT), preparation and delivery of training materials. Acting as a point of expertise within the project team to ensure business process compatabilities between SAP / Siebel are met

Mapping of requirements to ensure systems adherence to business process requirements. Comprehensive testing of Siebel CRM system, preparation of classroom based training materials and point of contact for end-user support. Delivery of in-field training and user competency assessments.

Administrative support for regional sales team (9 sales representatives and 1 regional sales manager)

Management of key clients with focus on delivery of service commitments including proactive issue identification & resolution and shipping analysis reporting
