As the Director of Cisco Marketing Strategy & Operations, I lead a team of strategic thinkers and problem solvers who drive the global marketing transformation and operational excellence at Cisco. With over 15 years of work experience in strategy, management consulting, and non-profits, I have a passion for creating social impact and advancing collaborative solutions that widen access to capital, create jobs, and improve health. I am also a proud recipient of the Gates Millennium Scholarship and the Milken Scholars Program, which have enabled me to pursue my education and career goals in being a change agent. I have worked with some of the most innovative and influential companies in the tech and biotech industries, such as AppDynamics, Stripe, Genentech, NerdWallet, and LinkedIn, where I have contributed to their growth, performance, and culture. I have developed and executed strategic initiatives, partnerships, programs, and campaigns that have delivered value, insights, and results across various functions and stakeholders. I have also leveraged my skills in strategy, management consulting, and non-profits to support various causes and organizations that I care about, such as the Taproot Foundation, SMART, Mission Measurement, and New Sector Alliance.
