Oversee the Hovind Global Leaders program, including managing a mentorship program, leadership development seminar, and global immersion experience. Conduct outreach and recruitment to student populations historically underrepresented in global business education and study abroad programs. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the Global Business Center to increase access to global business education and increase participants’ intercultural competence. Manage and award scholarship opportunities to increase access to study abroad. Oversee the Fostering Global Connections program, a leadership program that pairs domestic students with exchange students from international partner schools to facilitate intercultural learning.

Led the Mental Health Services Outreach Team to develop student-facing outreach programs, including establishing a peer support network (Badger Support Network) and Student Advisory Board. Conducted mental health outreach to historically underserved populations including students of color, international students, and LGBTQ+ students to increase knowledge and access to services.Provided training for peer support group leaders and doctoral interns for developing mental health outreach skills. Provided individual and group therapy to address university students' mental health concerns, including facilitating support groups for underrepresented students including LGBTQ+, students of color, and QTBIPOC students.Served as a mental health provider on-call to respond to students in crisis and connect students to support services.

Coordinated academic support and tutoring services for students in the Pre-College Enrichment Opportunity Program for Learning Excellence (PEOPLE), a college pipeline program for underrepresented students including students of color, low-income, and/or first-generation students. Supervised a team of math and science tutors to support pre-college students to apply and transition to higher education. Taught the Social Emotional Learning class, instructing students on personal and professional development topics including social justice advocacy, healthy relationships, communication skills, and time management. Piloted a mental health and wellness program for students in the PEOPLE program, facilitating skills workshops and self-care opportunities.

Completed a counseling practicum training experience as a Master's in Counseling student, which included providing individual and group therapy to university students, facilitating mental health outreach events across campus, and participating in individual and group supervision and training seminars.

Research experience in transgender and nonbinary individuals' minority stress experiences. Presented at 2018 American Psychological Association and Wisconsin Counseling Association conferences, and published manuscript in Psychotherapy.
