I am honored to be leading Holiday Express, a dynamic nonprofit based in Central New Jersey, that delivers music, food, gifts, financial support, and friendship to those with the greatest need for the gift of human kindness during the Holiday season and throughout the year. Prior to Holiday Express, I steered the revitalization of a 9,000-member youth development agency, reversing a 12-year enrollment decline, boosting philanthropic support by 30% to increase community impact, and earning recognition as one the top 10 in the nation for market share growth. Throughout my 30-year career, I have guided organizations and leaders through significant changes that propelled them forward and helped make the world a better place.
