People are my passion, and impact is my purpose. I started my career as a cashier in a small community hospital with and intense passion for finance I quickly was promoted to an accounts payable clerk and given the opportunity to work with a team of outstanding professionals. I thought this was something I wanted to do long term when the opportunity opened up for me to work with the Vice President of Finance as his Executive Secretary in a completely different direction. I decided to take the leap and have not looked back. My passion for solving puzzles and understanding software gave me the experience to assist with the implementation of a new software system for the finance department while being responsible to audit outgoing payments and other needs of a busy executive. I worked closely with an outside vendor to test all scripts and assisted to bring a product from just an idea to the point where it is still being utilized be the entire supply chain.
