Support the Sr. Portfolio Manager and commercial loan officers, as well as assist all levels of executive management. Responsibilities include: Prepare commercial loan and consumer loan (HELOC) document packages, obtain due diligence items, order searches and appraisals, coordinate and schedule loan closings with customers/title companies, book new commercial and consumer loans, process renewals and maturity extensions, prepare amendments, process loan payments on a daily basis, process line advances and pay downs, maintain document exception report on a weekly basis, maintain financial exception report on a continual basis, reach out to customers for updated financial information, monitor liquid collateral on a monthly basis, prepare and maintain legal and credit document files, prepare month-end reports, monitor customers’ past due payment report. Serve as back-up to the Relationship Assistant, Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, and Loan Closing Coordinator. Interact on a daily basis with all levels of executive management, commercial lenders, credit officers, loan operations, underwriters, attorneys, andcustomers.
