Eileen is a second generation Realtor. Coming from the experienced "O'Grady Realty" real estate family, Eileen has been around the real estate industry her whole life. Her mom, dad and sister and sister in law all have extensive real estate experience and now the third generation has entered the business! Since 1996, Eileen has worked as a full-time Realtor and for 9 of those years she also took the job of managing broker of the O'Grady family-owned company. Previous to receiving her real estate license, Eileen was office manager in the office for 4 years. She later took a management position with her current company, but she missed the constant client interaction and working in the field! So, she resigned and went back to what she loves!Eileen’s experience has been built on years of hard work and training.
