Tasks Included:- Planning and conducting Knowledge Transition for SAP testing of all Phases of the Implementation Lifecycle including test strategies such as creating test scenarios from requirements and designs as well as area specific testing- Ensuring that the offshore team understood the business processes behind testing and the integrated scenarios in addition to the technical work and tasks they do on a day to day basis- Preparing and enabling Indian offshore team to become an independent testing team- Completing testing deliverables and exercises with the offshore team that are usually done onshore (i.e. Test Scenarios and Conditions)- Working with all functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising and Services) to prepare the offshore team to understand the integrated process and scenarios- Training offshore testing team to use IBM Rational Manual Tester tool

Tasks Included:- Conducting all FI/CO RICEF testing, troubleshooting with designers and business helping to coordinate, fix and identify gaps in design and build.
