Eileen Rafferty has been in the staffing/recruiting industry for 25 years. Her career started with Adecco, formerly Olsten Staffing Services, as an Account Executive selling temporary staffing services to small to mid- size clients. She held various roles of increased responsibility including Regional Vice President. At each level of her career she was responsible for recruiting and hiring talent. As an Account Representative and Branch Manager she was responsible for recruiting and placing temporary workers. As her career expanded so did her need to hire and retain talent. Eileen was responsible for hiring for the following positions: Branch Managers, Area Managers, Sales Personnel, Recruiters, Customer Service and Administrative staff. During her tenure with Adecco, Eileen partnered with a number of companies including Educational Testing Services, Bristol Myers Squibb, Aventis Pharmaceutical, EquiServe, Prudential, Colgate, Roche Vitamins, and Sony Electronics developing and maintaining recruiting strategies and action plans for continuous improvements. In September 2004 Eileen established Rafferty Search Associates, Inc., an executive search firm. As President of Rafferty Search Associates, Eileen recruits for numerous verticals including Medical Device, Healthcare, Consulting Services, Accounting and Finance Consulting firms, elearning Organizations, Staffing /Human Resources, Construction and Advertising. She has partnered with numerous clients to reach their hiring initiatives. Positions she has filled include: Business Development, Branch Management, Area Management, Regional Management, Recruitment, Staffing Management, Clinical Director, National Account Sales, Sales Management, Purchasing and Field Superintendents. She utilizes a number of sources to attract qualified candidates including direct sourcing, referrals, networking and her current database.
