Eileen Robertson Hamra, the author of "Time To Fly: Life and Love after Loss," is a dynamic leader deeply invested in community safety, wellness, and health equity. As CEO of Fit Together, Eileen is dedicated to removing obstacles to wellness and promoting universal access to safety, holistic health, and personal development opportunities. She proudly contributes to broader health initiatives through her service on the Midwest Regional Board of the American Heart Association as well as serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Kitchen Inc, an organization working to end homelessness in the Ozarks.In addition to her professional endeavors, Eileen is a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor, collaborating with esteemed wellness leaders to organize impactful personal development retreats, as well as a writers' retreat. With a background in Management Science and an MBA, complemented by certifications in yoga and health coaching, she actively works to facilitate meaningful change across communities and ensure equitable access to well-being resources.
