Documented requirements and process flow for new Empower based Lending Warehouse for Academy Mortgage that integrates with Empower Loan Origination system. Data mapping conversion to Empower, specifically information related to Pricing and Products. Created Empower loan test bed through life of a loan (Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Post Underwriting and Closing), and analyzed and validated loan documents generated at each step of the process

Implemented new, efficient and scalable Loan Origination software package (Mortgage Cadence) to replace existing, limited proprietary system. Deploy initiatives pertaining to Products and Pricing Rules Engine, including new program rollout and update of eligibility and rates. Elicitate and manage the requirements process.
