I act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other. When listing homes I compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market value. Part of my role as your Real Estate Agent is to advise my clients of current market conditions, prices. I promote my listings through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services and social media. I love to take buyers on property tour and provide information so they can make informed decisions on which properties to offer on . My job also required me to prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements and other standard documentation. I confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control companies to keep within the terms of the purchase agreement for a successful close. I love working with people and helping them achieve their dream of home ownership. I service Denton and Tarrant Counties.
