I have been successful in securing a research position at THURN group. This includes working on numerous bespoke projects individually and within a team. I look forward to updating on further project details over the coming weeks and months.

After completing my degree I have transferred back to my hometown Costa Coffee where I am working part-time.

Working in a drive thru Costa Coffee store over summer and alongside my degree. Learning great customer service skills as well as time management skills.

I am currently working in a busy community owned pub that has a large tourist clientele.

Working in multiple front of house locations at the Delta hotel Bristol (formerly Mariott Bristol City Centre) providing quality customer service while taking food orders, working on the bar and organising room service.

Role is to plan and organise events for the Biomedical Sciences students at the University of Bristol. Communicate with external societies to collaborate on functions. Also develop media and content to advertise on the social media page, using adverts designed by Canva. Also, researching and requesting feedback to identify interests of the students. Also working within a team to discuss the needs to the society and to resolve financial shortfalls.

Regularly worked independently alone on the bar and enjoyed this experience. I was responsible for training and supervising younger staff in food/beverage service. Additionally I was responsible for taking orders, delivering food to customers, and restocking the bar and confectionery.

Within this role I worked collaboratively as part of a team, at the forefront of the COVID pandemic. Through this role I gained vital skills of adapting quickly to fast evolving situations and scenarios. Whilst working at the test centre I had to interact with members of the public daily, follow strict infection control procedure and be able to communicate effectively and responsively with members of the public as well as the rest of my team.

Whilst studying towards my A-levels I Norwich, I was employed as a food and beverage host at Norwich City Football Club. This position was on match-days at weekends and evenings. I really enjoyed the busy, sporting atmosphere and this position was perfectly suited to myself. The role included customer service, taking electronic payments as well as dealing with cash payments.Prior to commencing this position, I participated in kiosk management, food hygiene and silver service training.
