My primary duties include using SQL to create reports when necessary or to create stored procedures which are used on a regular basis (the creation of a stored procedure will usually include creating a Crystal report to display results and to upload the Crystal report onto our system for any user to access). I also do User Support within our office as and when required and provide mobile user support for our engineers out in the field who have issues with their PDAs.

As a Call Center Operator I would take calls and raise jobs on our system, I would also allocate work out to engineers based on their areas of work that day. Part of the call center process was to take calls from engineers to order parts for them, and to reallocate parts jobs when parts were available.

As an Office Assistant I worked primarily at weekends dealing with paperwork and taking jobs from Client Portals. During this period I also carried out invoicing for the Finance Team.
