Her films have been screened across the world in film festivals and broadcast, and have been used to influence policy and decision making both in the UK and internationally. Having worked in some of the world's most extreme location, from the Amazon rainforest to the Saharan desert and Icelandic glaciers, she thrives in challenging locations and with challenging subjects.Eilidh is based in Scotland but works internationally as a freelance director, camera operator and editor. She has a particular interest in stories about the environment and social injustice but works with clients across a range sectors, from broadcast to brands and charities. She has a distinction from the Edinburgh College of Art’s MA in documentary directing. She is confident working across a range of camera systems and can also be hired with an FS7 kit.

My main responsibilities involved covering stories about species new to science and interesting animal behaviour, such as the rarely seen feeding behaviour of spider monkeys in the clay lick. I was mainly filming with long lenses and macro.
