Commenced working straight from college with Business Manager. I initially prepared all letters, documentation and excell spreadsheets building up to daily management of accounts, contacting customers for lodgements, returns etc.Alongside this, the Irish EURO changeover was in full 'get set' mode. I was propelled straight into dealing with queries, referring to the change team and documenting coin orders. This was a rapid learning curve for me and assisted in Ulster Bank head hunting me into their Sligo Office.
