Ringaskiddy

• Principal Duties Include:
• Responsible for site based finance activities for Ringaskiddy site including business partner for Manufacturing and Engineering departments.
• Responsible for annual product costing activities.
• Responsible for coordination, review and presentation of the budget for the site.
• Responsible for reconciling key income statement and balance sheet accounts including Fixed Assets.
• Liaising with both Internal and External Auditors and ensure all internal controls are adhered to.

• Principal Duties included:
• Preparing and submitting quarterly group reporting schedules, including Income statement and Balance Sheet.
• Preparing periodic budget and forecast schedules for submission to Corporate.
• Reconciling key income statement and balance sheet accounts including Currency, Royalty, retained earnings and miscellaneous accruals.
• Preparing and submitting legal reporting schedules to the tax department in the US.
• Responsible for cashflow for the company

• Financial accountant at Janssen Pharmaceutical. Duties include the following:
• Preparing and submitting quarterly group reporting schedules, including Income statement and Balance Sheet.
• Preparing periodic budget and forecast schedules for submission to Corporate.
• Reconciling key income statement and balance sheet accounts including Currency, Royalty, retained earnings and miscellaneous accruals.
• Preparing monthly VAT returns, Intrastat and VIES returns for a number of European Countries including Uk, France and Belgium.
• Liaising with both Internal and External Auditors
