- Provide 1st and 2nd level of support and technical assistance for vendor-built PowerApps applications.• Consistently monitored BAU incidents via Jira Service Management portal and provide supports/bug fixes for service request and incidents tickets.• Escalate Incident and service request ticket which are unable to be resolved to appropriate next-level resolver group.• Responsible to support Group's application during UAT and Production's BAU.• Supported existing system in production and provided CR enhancement support whenever needed.• Ensure business users and stakeholders met their expectations when using PowerApps.• Responsible to perform system analyses on system applications.• Provide on-going support and solutions based on knowledge based.
