Heading “Thermal Insulation System of Solid Rocket Motor” project technically & managerially. Project aims to provide thermal insulators (Ablative Materials) needed to protect SRM sections (Casing & Nozzle) from reaching temperatures that may endanger its structural integrity. One of main activities in the project is to develop (design, fabrication, and characterization) of asbestos-free rubber for use as rocket motor casing insulator.

Working in Energetic Materials Department.The role is dealing with different energetic materials including explosives, propellants, pyrotechnics and others. All are used for various applications throughout HALCON projects and manufacturing covering sectors of defense (weapons and fuze), aerospace, booster rocket motor, small mechanical devices, and other implementations.

Over the span of nearly three years, I immersed myself in scientific research, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies like 3D printing to explore the realm of materials functionalization through chemical reactions. Collaborating closely with esteemed professors, postdoctoral colleagues, and doctoral researchers, I conducted a range of experiments, meticulously analyzing results using advanced techniques, and successfully culminating this period with the completion of my thesis in materials science. This academic journey seamlessly transitioned into my industry experience at Strata and Halcon, where I applied my academic knowledge to practical applications in materials technology. Embracing the diverse responsibilities of a materials engineer, I honed my skills in research, analysis, and real-world implementation, further solidifying my expertise in this dynamic field.

Appraisal (On job Training): 4/5 as Exceed Expectation

During my intensive training program, which closely resembled a professional job contract in its depth and scope, I excelled in completing a series of eight rigorous courses over a span of six months / 6hrs per day. These courses, ranging from English for the workplace to business financial literacy, were meticulously curated to meet the diverse needs of employees in a contemporary work environment. Through my dedication and commitment, I achieved an outstanding performance ranking within the top 5% of thousands of trainees, earning a perfect score of 5/5.Furthermore, I actively engaged in two pivotal projects, one collaborative and one individual, with the group project, the groundbreaking "Mall Alone" app, standing out as a standout success within the Trainees for the Future program. This innovative application was designed to serve as a bridge between customers and home-based businesswomen in the UAE, revolutionizing the way transactions are conducted in a market largely reliant on social media for sales. By streamlining the buying and selling process, the "Mall Alone" app is poised to enhance efficiency and accessibility for both customers and sellers, ushering in a new era of convenience and connectivity in the business landscape.

Training was performed with acquiring, and developing a lot of new skills, experiences and knowledge. It has been covered in details wastewater treatment plant that consists of pre-treatment, primary treatment, secondary treatment, and tertiary treatment. As well, part of training was concentrating on ADSSC laboratories. Quality of effluent water and sludge were controlled to ensure that they meet international specifications and standards by performing a set of chemical, physical and microbiological tests that are done by these professional laboratories.Main skills and knowledge covered: 1. Cover all treatments and processes (waste water & sludge treatment). 2. Many skills and tests were learned (chemical – physical – instrumental - microbiological). 3. All tests were following the SOP (standard Operation Procedure). 4. Attended many workshops in different departments: maintenance, integrity, safety & laboratory.
