As per role description below, and additionally:▪Taking leadership in client sites to discover new ways to improve the convenience for everyday IT use for the clients▪Learning Powershell to contribute to company project work▪ Monitoring and maintaining server back-ups to ensure system and user data is protected and secure▪ Working with the ICT team to develop new ideas for projects▪ Maintaining best practices and policies to ensure effective use of all ICT systems and security standards▪Working on Meraki to manage and maintain Apple and Android products

▪ Monitoring of the Help Desk, prioritising requests and determining appropriate response times as per company SLAs▪ Resolving first line issues and requests received on the Help Desk or by telephone, escalating requests to second line where neccessary▪ Assisting members of the team at customer sites▪ Installing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading workstations, cabling, printers and other IT and AV equipment ▪ Assisting with organising disposal of obsolete or broken equipment▪ Assisting in the maintenance of accurate record keeping and auditing▪ Creating, maintaining and monitoring user accounts, user areas and the application of appropriate user security permissions▪ Developing and delivering software packages for unattended installation▪ Assisting with the development of new and existing Elementary ICT solutions▪ Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting client network and infrastructure (switches, servers etc)▪ Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining Virtual Host/Domain Controller/member servers and the services they deliver▪ Assisting in the delivery of training at events and to small groups at client sites ▪ Assisting in the preparation of training documentation and resources▪ Participating in client and company meetings▪ Assisting with the development and delivery of client ICT strategy for Elementary ICT customers▪ Assisting with the planning, management and delivery of new ICT and AV installations/solutions at allocated sites
