During my time in RPS, I worked on various renewable energy and gas projects projects acting in roles such as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and Design Engineer. I developed a range of skills including project management, communications, planning, quality control, report writing and analysis.

Regional responsibility for managing the Northern Development Area’s integrated planning and approval process. This involved coordinating the release of Upstream scope for execution, ensuring on-time delivery of required infrastructure to meet the gas production curve.• Project managing the integrated planning and approvals process• Chairing multidisciplinary team workshops and reviewing conceptual plans• Review and approve deliverables produced during the conceptual block planning phase, survey, stakeholder clearance and approvals for project infrastructure• Managing interfaces with all stakeholders in the Integrated Approvals process • Identifying and mitigating risk• Developing and delivering continuous improvement of processes• Contribute to peer assists and functional reviews• Supporting Asset Manager in analysing deliverability, including reporting against the requirements.• Model and valuate development options to reach asset goals using asset modelling tools such as Enersight • Advising senior project managers on progress

Clough is an international engineering and project services contractor to the energy, minerals, water, infra-structure and power markets. During my employment with Clough, I performed a variety of roles from Mechanical Engineer to Project Engineer on a number of high profile medium to large complex corporate projects. My key duties and responsibilities included:• Reviewing vendor documentation for Domestic facilities.• Project Managing Vendor delivery and execution.• Interfacing with the various engineering disciplines to ensure the timely review of technical documentation and managing any issues or concerns.• Developing scopes of work for mechanical packages.• Preparing Request for Proposals• Completing Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs) for machinery and equipment.• Developing enquiry documents for Tendering.• Preparing Subcontract documents.• Validating progress claims from Subcontractors.• Conducting logistics database maintenance. • Preparation of internal and external audits.

Project: Seconded to QGC's QCLNG Upstream ProjectMy key duties and responsibilities included:• Project managing the close out of engineering deliverables with the design contractor• Managing the interface with various stakeholders throughout the management of change process• Tracking plans against schedule and reporting to senior management on progress• Coordinating the Engineering Dept’s involvement prior to Ready for Start Up of facilities and handing over to Operations• Mentoring Graduate Engineers during their placement within the Engineering Department• Assisting with the closure of safety assurance actions and functional review actions.
