My role involved delivering customized training programs that focused on various aspects of teaching, such as methodologies, educational technology, classroom management, and curriculum design. I worked closely with these educators, ensuring that the training content met their unique needs and backgrounds. In addition to delivering the training, I provided personalized support, shared best practices, promoted reflective teaching, and offered constructive feedback to measure progress.
