Corporate lawyer with experience in both private practice and industry. I work with clients in different sectors, in particular healthcare and energy, and advise them on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate establishments, reorganisations and restructuring and shareholder arrangements. I joined the corporate team in Mason Hayes & Curran LLP in 2015 having spent almost 4 years working as in-house counsel in SSE Airtricity. I also worked as a corporate / commercial solicitor in two other Dublin law firms and as a trade mark attorney in one of Ireland leading IP specialist firms.
